Terms of Service

1. Adults only

VirtualSex is an entertainment service for adults aged 18 or older, or the higher age required where they live. Do not use it if you are under that age or if access is unlawful in your location. The age confirmation is a self-declaration; it is not an identity check.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person, share stolen credentials or attempt to bypass account or age restrictions.

3. Fictional AI experiences

Characters and conversations are fictional. Replies may be generated by an AI provider or use scripted fallback responses. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Characters are not real people and their messages are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Avoid entering confidential information or sensitive details about yourself or other people. The Privacy Policy explains how messages are processed and stored.

4. Free credits and VIP

Credit top-ups and VIP activation are currently complimentary. These flows do not collect payment-card details, take a payment or create an automatically renewing subscription. Credits are internal access units with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Standard accounts spend credits for supported chat turns and media unlocks. VIP provides the access described in the app. Free availability, allowances and features may change; complimentary access is not a promise of permanent availability. Any future paid offer must show its price and applicable terms before you choose it.

5. Acceptable use and content

Use the service lawfully and follow the Content Policy. Do not use it to exploit others, generate prohibited sexual material, infringe rights, distribute malware or disrupt the service. Do not evade safety filters or access controls.

Submit only content you have permission to use. Your messages are processed to provide replies, conversation continuity and safety checks as described in the Privacy Policy. Access to a character or media item does not transfer ownership or permission to commercially redistribute it.

6. Availability and stopping use

Features and content may be changed or unavailable, and automated responses and filters can make mistakes. You can stop using the service and sign out at any time. Deleting a browser conversation does not delete server records or your account.

Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The operator identity, public contact, governing terms and account closure process must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.
